Today's nail art lovers and enthusiasts aren't afraid to push the boundaries of modern nail design and are prepared to experiment with new material concepts and develop new decorative techniques. It's this positive attitude and creative approach that's helped bring fluffy and velveteen flocked nail art manicures and pedicures to the masses.
Soft to the touch, you would be forgiven for thinking that Velveteen Flocked manicures and pedicures are to delicate for everyday nails but they are in fact deceivingly hard wearing and waterproof. Fluffy flocked manicures should last a good 2 to 3 days (subject to treatment) and you shouldn't be afraid to do things in them. Should they get a little scruffy they can easily be cleaned up with a little wash in soap and water. Nail flocking is suitable for both natural nails and Gel or Acrylic nail enhancements and can be applied as a manicure or pedicure defining it as a truly versatile nail art product that you will definitely want to try and perhaps offer as a nail service to your clients. |

Step 1: Fold your A4 piece of paper in four and unfold so you have some creases.
Step 2: Tip some of your chosen colour flocking onto the paper and tease it out so it's nice and loose.
Step 2: Paint your nail with the corresponding colour nail polish. Once coat is enough but you can do two.
Step 3: This is important. Whilst the nail polish is still wet press it into the flocking powder firmly.
Step 4: With your finger, pat the flocking powder onto the nail. Try not to smudge the edges.
Step 5: Brush and blow the excess powder off and tidy up the edges.
Step 6: If you first try looks a little patchy then simply press the nail into the flocking powder again.
Step 7: Carefully seal the edges with a small amount of clear top coat.
Step 8: Stand back and admire your fluffy manicure.
