Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how and where we ship including our returns policy.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Also there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


You will be pleased to know that we offer free shipping to many destinations subject to minimum purchasing limits.

United Kingdom - Free Shipping on orders over £25

Ireland & Europe - Free Shipping on orders over £35

USA, Canada & Australia - Free Shipping on orders over £45


Returns Policy


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


How Do I Return an Item/s


You will be pleased to know this is very straight forward. There are just 6 easy steps which we will take you through.

Step 1 - Login to your account with your email and password.

Step 2 - Select 'Completed Orders' this should be option 3 in the list

Step 4 - Select the order that the item/s were purchased on. Each order number will begin with a # followed by a number. On the right hand side will be a blue button labelled 'RETURN ITEM/S'. Click this.

Step 5 - Your entire order will now be displayed. Now you can choose which items to return and also the quantity. You must then select a reason for return and also a return action. Finally you have the option to submit some comments regarding the issue.

Step 6 - Submit your request.

That's it all done! You will then be presented with a message stating that your submission was received and that you will be contacted shortly. It is at this point that you will be requested to carefully package the items to be returned. When we contact you, we will issue you with a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER (RAN).

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you clearly mark the Return Authorisation Number on the outside of the package.

NOTE: We strongly suggest you use a signed for delivery service. We cannot and will not be liable for returns that are lost on their way to us.

FINALLY: We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item/s.
